Ben and Freddo installed our outdoor blinds today. They installed 2 remote electric outdoor blinds in our alfresco. They arrived promptly, were polite and well planned. It was real team work from the word go. They checked in with me regularly about placement of the blinds and provided me with instructions on use and information about any concerns moving forward. They cleaned up the whole area including wiping down the finger prints on the infrastructure after installation. They even gave my boisterous dog a warm welcome. The blinds are amazing and have added another level to our alfresco. I could not recommend them more. They are coming back to install alfresco window shutters and I will welcome them. I had 4 outdoor blinds fitted yesterday thru All about shade. I cannot speak highly enough about the product and even more so about the installers Ben and Fred. What an absolute pleasure to meet these two guys. Very professional super friendly and both went above and beyond to make sure that my blinds were installed correctly. My area was cleaned everything was placed back were it was before they left . All About Shade you are very lucky to have Fred and Ben working for your company . We couldn’t be more pleased with the entire team from ordering (office ladies), measure and quote and advice on what we could change to fit our budget better, final measure from an installer to the actual installation. We were kept informed at every stage, even being called on a Sunday (with apology for doing so) to inform us that the installer was unwell, the next business day we were called by the office to explain the reason and supply a new installation date. This was done to protect our well being and we were very grateful and satisfied with the decision to delay the installation. The installer came and made certain that we were satisfied with what he was going to do, before commencing and when completed he advised us about care, maintenance and the correct way to use the blinds. The side blind can be locked fully closed or raised by hand to any height right up to fully open (photos 1-3)while the rear one can be secured to the floor or the fence. We have had 4 motorised outdoor blinds installed on windows which are subject to all east and west sun. We are totally impressed by the quality of the blinds. I have another companies blinds on the patio area which are no where near the same quality as All About Shade. If only I had known of All About Shade before installing these. I ordered a ZipTrack motorised blind rather than a standard garage door for my double carport in East Victoria Park WA on the 24th March 2022. The blind was installed on the 29th April 2022. A great service in the time of supply chain delays, Covid and shortage of staff. The installation was quick and tidy and I'm very happy with the blind. Following the installation I added a power backup that will automatically provide power to the blind in the event of a mains failure. ~ Paul C

I am extremely happy with our ziptrack blinds, they have made such a difference to our small alfresco area, which gets the afternoon sun & all the wind. Since having the blinds installed in February, it's made that area much cooler & stopped the glare, also protected my plants from the weather. After getting ignored by a couple of competitors then getting the run around with a couple more it was a pleasant surprise to find a professional team. Paul gave us exactly what we asked for. A clear PVC blind so that it doesn't block view and light but eliminates the cold wind. It looks so clear almost like glass, it needs the horizontal join for safety reasons to realise it's down.
