Ben and Freddo installed our outdoor blinds today. They installed 2 remote electric outdoor blinds in our alfresco. They arrived promptly, were polite and well planned. It was real team work from the word go. They checked in with me regularly about placement of the blinds and provided me with instructions on use and information about any concerns moving forward. They cleaned up the whole area including wiping down the finger prints on the infrastructure after installation. They even gave my boisterous dog a warm welcome. The blinds are amazing and have added another level to our alfresco. I could not recommend them more. They are coming back to install alfresco window shutters and I will welcome them. We couldn’t be more pleased with the entire team from ordering (office ladies), measure and quote and advice on what we could change to fit our budget better, final measure from an installer to the actual installation. We were kept informed at every stage, even being called on a Sunday (with apology for doing so) to inform us that the installer was unwell, the next business day we were called by the office to explain the reason and supply a new installation date. This was done to protect our well being and we were very grateful and satisfied with the decision to delay the installation. The installer came and made certain that we were satisfied with what he was going to do, before commencing and when completed he advised us about care, maintenance and the correct way to use the blinds. The side blind can be locked fully closed or raised by hand to any height right up to fully open (photos 1-3)while the rear one can be secured to the floor or the fence. A great effort by the whole team at All About Shade, thank you!

From start to finish the whole process has been seamless!
Congratulations to the whole team for providing a very impressive service.
We had a couple of problematic areas that other patio blind companies seemed to have no answer for, but these guys had the perfect solution and had the best price by far!
